The project should be carried out within the framework of "Life Science" priority direction for science, technology and engineering development in the Russian Federation.
Maximum amount of grant per each Agreement should not exceed 30 million rubles.
The project should be carried out in collaboration with scientific-research organizations and universities from EU Member States which can participate in the project in the form of a consortium. The share of foreign partners in the project should be at least 100% of the total grant amount requested by the Participant for each year of project implementation.
By the beginning of competition Participant is required to submit a copy of the document confirming his participation in an international project within the European framework programme.
