On measures designed to attract the world’s leading scientists to Russian institutions of higher learning, scientific research organizations subordinate to the RF Federal Agency for Scientific Research Organizations, and governmental research centers of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation announces hereby an open grant competition designed to provide governmental support to research projects implemented under the supervision of the world’s leading scientists at Russian institutions of higher learning, scientific research organizations subordinate to the RF Federal Agency for Scientific Research Organizations, and governmental research centers of the Russian Federation
The winners of the grant competition will be eligible to receive monetary grants of the Government of the Russian Federation in the amount of up to 90 million roubles each to be expended on implementation of research projects over the course of three years (2017 – 2019) with the possibility of being renewed for an additional two years.
The deadline for submission of grant applications is 12:00 Moscow time on May 31, 2016.
